Katherine, with her usual activist personality, sets out to clean up an old lot and build a homeless shelter, recruiting all of her Ranger buddies to join her. Angry that Katherine had broken the spell, turning out to be a "goody-goody", Rita Repulsa teams with her brother, Rito Revolto, to ruin Katherine's project and deconstruct Angel Grove.
After a few battles and the ruin of Katherine's day of work, four of the Rangers are entrapped by Rita's monster, the Brick Bully, but released by Alpha 5 and Zordon. Billy single handedly destroys Brick Bully, and Katherine receives special recognition for her work.
