Out of boredom, Vince, Wendy, Rex and Bob join the army, after watching a TV ad. Bob and Rex are discharged, but Bob becomes upset and retreats to his shed, where he works on a 'hairdryer', which is actually an invisibility gun when he tests it on Rex. Meanwhile, Vince is promoted to General, and Wendy is awarded a medal. The nuclear strike button is in front of him, and he presses it, triggering a war with France.At home, Bob and Rex discover farting cures invisibility. Faced with the prospect of an actual war, Wendy leaves the army, and the army comes looking. Bob fools them, and passes off as Wendy, and is sent to fight. After failing to live up to his dream, Bob regrets participating, and the war is called off.
