Linda and Martin are trying in vain for another baby. Their lack of success distresses her, but pleases him. So after a trip to the doctors office they find out Linda can't have any more kids-so they both think over IVF treatment. Barbara decides its time for Neil to move out but she doesn't want him living in his girlfriends dirty flat so she tries to interfere in every way possible. After Jean hears a sqeaking noise coming from one of her £400 breast implants she tries her best not to make it worse, but one of her implants bursts and she has to be rushed to to hospital... in a Ice cream van!
