When a film festival comes to South Park and crowds of people flood the town, it's more than the local sewer system can handle. It's too much for fragile Mr. Hankey, so Kyle begs the film festival people to leave. Meanwhile, Stan and Wendy watch some of the films together, and Chef whips up a few batches of his "Salty Chocolate Balls".
