An important spelling bee is coming up, and Cartman's mother tries to prepare him by purchasing "Hooked on Monkey Fonics." During the spelling bee, the boys meet Mark and Rebecca, two local home-schooled children who clearly lack social skills. Mark wants to give public school a try, but learns that sometimes other children aren't so nice, and Kyle develops a crush on Rebecca.
