Pete and Mac find themselves in Casablanca, trying to out-con Fouad Jahrat, a local syndicate head, who is responsible for an innocent American being held indefinitely in the local jail.Veronica Hamel plays Nabilla, their local contact, who has been successful in getting young Jack Wood out of jail. When she discovers that Mac is not really the millionaire he pretends to be, she has to discard one plan to solve Wood's predicament and opt for a more desperate solution.
