In this episode Michelin-star chef John Burton-Race travels to Newport, South Wales, to cook for two consultant surgeons. With demanding jobs that require long hours they have takeaway almost every night. They love the food and doubt that anybody could cook their chicken and spinach balti better than the local takeaway.
