Claudia brings a pear of earing's over to Kristy's house, unfortunately the jewelry disappears while she is there. What should they do? The BSC is on the case. The BSC has their own theories about who took them and why. The suspects are: Julie, the Thomas household's helper or Karen, Kristy's little stepsister. In order to find who really stole Claudia's jewelry, the baby-sitters devise a plan to track down the culprit. Suspicion runs high as they trail Julie downtown after seeing her with the earings on and accuse her of stealing them, not knowing that Karen gave Julie the earrings for her birthday.It turns out Karen had been holding onto other people belongings. Kristy and Karen have a heart to hear and the mystery is solved.
