Katie is depressed because she hasn't heard from Rocco. Donna goes to Griffey's Hamburger Bar where Rocco works. He is happy to see her and asks her out again, but she tells him that she isn't interested. However, she does ask him to call Katie. Rocco later does as Donna asked and calls Katie, which cheers her up no end. The engagement party is in full swing. Ridge takes Caroline over to the balcony and confesses his love as he is filled with guilt over sleeping with Alex. Bill stands to the side with Margo and watches them. After the party, Caroline is surprised to see Bill drive off at such a late hour. Bill calls Ridge and wants to meet with him at his office. Bill shows him the photo as Ridge says it was a mistake and promises that he won't hurt Caroline. Bill orders Ridge to cancel the wedding and stay away from his daughter.
