The Wonderful Wizard of Oz - 1x01 Dorothy Meets the Munchkins (Dorothy and the Tornado)

Dorothy lives in a farm with her uncles, who give her a small dog as a gift. While staying alone on the farm, a violent hurricane blows her away from the farm. She lands in a gnome town and accidentally saves them from a wicked witch.
