Parker is challenged to break into the vaults of the Bank Of London. When he succeeds the bank decides to upgrade the alarm system. Unfortunately one of the bank employees is trapped after the upgrade and International Rescue are called to help. Parker does all he can to slow the operation down thinking he is protecting a former safe cracking rival.
