Lady Penelope invites a reluctant Jeff to go on vacation with her in Australia. Jeff hesitates, worrying about disasters that might happen while he would be away. He sees a report about a naval torpedo accident that sparks an underwater fire. International Rescue, with Scott at the head, responds, to Jeff's chagrin.
