Babs plays Good Fairy in hosting this episode, but this is short-lived when Elmyra terrorizes Acme Acres again. Buster gets caught when Elmyra persuades him to come home with her. He tries to escape, but Elmyra always catches him in the unexpectant places. Babs gives up hope when she cannot find Buster, and Buster gets out, but sees all of the animals Elmyra has captured. As he saves all of the animals, Elmyra finds out and Buster is caught again! A turtle named Tyrone helps Babs find out where Buster is, and each of the characters teach Elmyra a memorable lesson in taking care of her pets.
