The peace at the Destron base on Charr is suddenly upset when two newcomers arrive. The Destrons attack them, thinking they are Cybertrons. In reality, they are the Horrorcons Apeface and Snapdragon who have the ability to transform from robots into either jets or animals, and they have been asked by Galvatron to join the Destron army. The Cybertrons learn of the new recruits, and Spike, worried that the war will never end, decides to seek out a peace agreement with the Destrons before the galaxy is destroyed.
