But reality hits when after a difficult birth and sleepless nights, Jasmine is diagnosed with borderline postnatal depression. Sixteen-year-old Kim also battled with baby blues. Once a wild child, Stoke-based Kim had to curb her partying when she fell pregnant at 14 and is now a mum to 7-month-old Heidi. Kim has had to grow up fast and faces big decisions about her future; but it's more typical teen concerns that are preoccupying Kim - like should she stay with her boyfriend.
