Michael has difficulties accepting their new policies of Sabre and its CEO Jo Bennett. Michael goes to David Wallace for advice, but he finds him in a sad unemployed depression. Jim and Pam fail in their interview for a local daycare center. Both Erin and Andy wait for the other to make the next move.
