Keen to keep her man, Eve cheekily suggests to Carl she's going to show him how lucky he is. Meanwhile, Viv is suspicious of Bob's feelings for Hazel when he reveals that he's going to her art class. Not one to let things lie, Viv heads to the village hall when the art class is over. Elsewhere, the atmosphere remains awkward between Rhona and Paddy; and Charity gets all dolled up to help Jai persuade the surveyor to grant planning permission.
