A 25-year-old man falls ill soon after arriving in Orlando by plane, and his condition rapidly declines in the hospital. The man abruptly develops mysterious skin lesions, and dies within 18 hours. Fearing a public health emergency, the hospital calls Dr. G and requests an autopsy.
A 49-year-old man answers a knock at his back door and is shot multiple times. With few clues as to the killer's identity, police launch a full-scale investigation as Dr. G searches the body for evidence.
