The doctors must act quickly to save both Callie and her unborn baby, while tensions between Mark and Arizona rise. The episode is done as a musical, using various top-40 hits, with the words being sung by the characters.

This episode is one of those you either love or hate. As a fan of musicals myself, I think it was very nicely done and it was also so emotional! One of my very favorites.
What is this with the musicalization of this episode? Sure, they have nice voices, but it makes us feel like we're watching "GLEE's Anatomy". So annoying...this is probably the most annoying episode of all the seven seasons so far.
This was such a dramatic episode and it would have been perfect but they went and ruined it all with the music. This is seriously the worst.
