Won't be the same without Carell but Ferell is a great actor and this doesn't necessarily have to be a change for the worse.

Ferell will never be as good as Carell. And certainly not in this part. Just hoping Ferell won't play a mayor part like Carell did.
Looks like they're setting up Andy as the next regional manager tbh. Wouldn't be the worst choice.
