Amy is trapped in a medical facility under quarantine where she is kept in a separate timestream from her companions... a timestream running dozens of times faster than the one containing the Doctor and Rory. They attempt to break through the time wall to rescue her... only to discover they've overshot the mark by 36 years.

Seemed a little slow at first, but it picked up steam as it went on. The ending was really great.
