Unfortunately for her, Sheila is dead‐set against pageants, and through her vocal campaigning she succeeds in turning the ‘Miss Crash Canyon’ pageant into the ‘Mr. Crash Canyon’ pageant. Beverly is convinced that Royce is a shoo‐in for the title, but when Roxy covertly enters the pageant as a charming and mysterious stranger named, ‘Roxton’, she almost succeeds in winning.
