In Great Barrington, Roger visits The Meat Market which is a butcher shop and restaurant, but also home base for Fire Roasted Catering. Their mobile kitchen is a collection of metal contraptions fueled by wood burning fires, but the one that captures Roger's attention suspends a flock of chickens around a barrel of fire.
