I really thought this was gonna be horrific, like, it seemed way too obvious. Don't know how it will continue, but I thought they really made an effort. Not the best but also not bad at all, I am quite torn.
I feel let down by this episode. [spoilers]
First of all, an evil mastermind like Red John wouldn't have begged for mercy.
Secondly, we got to know that that man is Red John in the same episode that he gets killed. I mean, I thought that after this whole character in revealed, we may get to know him a bit better, and he would, eventually, get killed after a couple of episodes. Right now I feel so frustrated that Red John, who had shown us his skills and his genius mind, was so unprepared for the meeting with his biggest enemy. I mean, come on. It didn't feel like Patrick vs Red John episode. Hopefully, maybe it is not Red John. If not, then I may come back to this series, but right now, I'm utterly done with it.
Mind motherfucking blown! I dare say that this was at least on par with the final Breaking Bad episode.
But I think more will come. Still 16 more episodes, loads can happen. Maybe Reed is Red John after all? Or someone we forgot? I don't know...

The gun under the seat was obvious and Red John was clearly not Bertram... but this is was so fucking EPIC
