First to host is hospital radio DJ Zaira Sheikh, who is hoping to dazzle her guests with her Indian themed menu. Also taking part is lady of leisure Heather Horsfall, who is not afraid to speak her mind, landscape gardener Toby Pullen, and fantasy novelist James Littleworth.
The week of competitive dining features a hair in the chicken, under-washed prawns and a spectacular finale.
