Stimme gegen Stimme: In den Battles lässt jeder Coach seine Talente duellweise einen gemeinsamen Song performen und entscheidet direkt, wer weiterkommt. Doch für den Battleverlierer ist „The Voice Of Germany“ in der vierten Staffel noch nicht vorbei: Im anschließenden Steal Deal können die anderen Coaches das „ausgeschiedene“ Talent in ihr Team holen. Wollen mehrere Coaches die besondere Stimme „klauen“, entscheidet der Künstler, wo er hingeht.
