Shows like this need to wrap up all major story lines, and leave main characters still available and alive, with some personal issues or problems that could be explored if it gets renewed. Then new stories could be made with the original characters already been introduced so don't need as much set up stories. Too many shows are being irresponsible and leaving shows like this. "Scream" did it well. Wrapped it up, but if they get a new season, can easily be picked up with a new idea. If that ended as just 1 season, it wouldn't matter.

This was a shame, because it was a very enjoyable Season. Shame it got canceled, shame they didn't have the foresight to not leave themselves so open to a poor ending, when a second season wasn't in the bag. Ends on a bit of a low, muddies the season as a whole.
