Lorna's Live Well, Live Very Well features only three elements - each of which she needs to deliver perfection. Ben has yet again set himself a mammoth task with his dish, The Multicultural Lobster, which features an unconventional array of international ingredients. Ross also visits a family member who works for the NHS to learn more about her work.
