The baker and celebrity chef travels to cities around the world to visit local bakeries and the bakers who work there. In the first edition, Paul heads to New York, where he discovers how doughnuts have been recreated with fresh, innovative flavours. Plus, he meets internet sensation Jim Lahey, who has invented a new, simple way of baking bread at home.
