Jaci and Steve have no idea about design and no confidence in their ability to pick what works – every decorating decision has been made by consulting family, friends and neighbours.
Now they want their teenage children Heather and Drummond to bring their friends home, but the family’s cringing basement is anything but cool. The master bedroom is a woeful tale of neglect, complete with a unique feature - a collection of baby teeth. Jaci & Steve’s bland bed complete with baseball bat causes much amusement when Colin and Justin stage an ambush in their local pub. They promise fellow Scot, Jaci, they can give her design confidence. After lessons in working with wallpaper and turning terrible into trendy – does Jaci have the braveheart for her new master bedroom? And have Colin & Justin funked up the basement enough for the tough teenage audience?
