耀中以為雲思藏起菲兒，但找不到證據。耀中就家中藏錢之事警告順美要小心雲思，惟雲思早向她交代，兄妹二人吵起來。耀松對官司甚為擔憂，大吃大喝來蓋過忐忑心情，誰料吃得太多壞了身體，耀中與順美好言相勸。翰滔找前夥計聚舊，得知君瑞虧待了從前公司的老臣子；翰滔向君瑞投訴，君瑞因子女均站在翰滔一方而失望。一言幫海晴的朋友設計裝修，一言與海晴品味相近，惺惺相惜。冠一想耀中和文雅復合，獻計給耀中，誰知卻弄巧反拙……
