Larry Howse is running a successful boat business in Tacoma, Washington. After driving home from a family meal with his two sons, Larry is killed in the parking garage of his apartment building in an upscale neighborhood. At first look, the case is a mystery for investigators with a baffling crime scene, no murder weapon and no eye-witnesses.
