Mike Giardello faces a lawsuit after a woman, whose car he crashed into, dies. He and Lewis try to talk the widower out of the lawsuit with no success. Gharty battles his own divorce suit, eventually deciding he's going to spend as much money as possible to minimize the amount his ex-wife gets.
