Oh snap! This episode started off, really started off, with a topless girl. The first second of the episode and you already have a DD bouncing around.
More characters get introduced, which is good, this way we've already taken care of that. The amount of Ecchi keeps building up, but there isn't too much character/relationship development.
Too bad, but still fun to see.
