After receiving telepathic images of an explosion Toby goes to rescue Vince from a fire in a block of apartments.
Vince has no credibility since he is a drug addict and a meth manufacturer. Dt. Marks is on to the case and Vince as well as Toby will pass as a suspect in this investigation.
