No one will give up their water rations but then,to everyone surprise, Lex offers his own water ration. Then he takes the water from the tank. Cloe takes Bluebell for a walk only to find Bray talking to the leader of the Locos, Zoot. Bray convinces Cloe not to tell anyone as they head back to the mall. Dal returns with the much need antibiotics, as Bray and Cloe also return.
