Haruta feels extremely confused after his roommate and colleague Maki confesses his feelings and steals a kiss from him.

Kurosawa's wife Choko visits the office. Not realizing who Choko is, Haruta agrees to find out if a woman named Haruka works at the company.

Choko starts to panic at the unexpected turn of events when Kurosawa suddenly reveals that he has fallen in love with Haruta.

Haruta stops Maki from leaving by giving him a bear hug him from behind. One thing leads to another, and the two of them start "going out."

Haruta sends shockwaves through the office by coming out as Maki's boyfriend. Maki, however, starts acting strange about the whole affair.
