Michele Romano is the head of the Naples "Squadra Mobile", a department of men serving the state in a world infested with crime. After capturing the Casalesi boss Antonio Iovine, known as "o Ninno", Romano and his team return to work to cut off the second Casalesi head, Michele Zagaria.
