Grey's Anatomy is an American medical drama television series created by Shonda Rhimes. The series premiered as a mid-season replacement on March 27, 2005 on ABC; since then, six seasons have aired, with the seventh currently airing. The series follows the lives of interns, residents and their mentors in the fictional Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital in Seattle, Washington, as they struggle to complete their medical training and maintain personal lives. Despite being set in Seattle, the show is primarily filmed in Los Angeles.

The eleventh season of the American television medical drama Grey's Anatomy will premiere in September 2014 in the United States on the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) and consists of 24 episodes. The 11th season of Grey's Anatomy will reportedly be split into two parts, with the first premiere date taking place in the fall and part 1 finale in December 2014. The Season 11 Part 2 release date will be in February 2015, rumors have claimed.
I have no idea how I'm gonna watch season 11 without Cristina.

This is by far the best hospital series that has ever been made, it is just incredibly wonderful. The characters and cast are amazing, the storylines are dramatic and intriging, it's unpredictable and hilarious and romantic and bizarre all at the same time. Hope it will keep going for a long time.
