Terrible episode overall. The bits with Barney did make it at least a bit watchable.

I'm not sure why everyone is hating on the episode. All it does is pretty much confirm season 8 will be the last, and I'm okay with how they did it. They're realizing they have to wrap this shit up, soon. Can I ask... what did everyone want this to lead up to, or how would you have ended it?
What a dumb episode. Utterly ridiculous.
Last 10 seconds ruined the entire season. I'm seriously done with How I Met Your Mother.

The reason why it's raining later on, is because Barney's wedding day starts out sunny but then it starts raining. There's been a scene before concerning Ted's speech at Barney's wedding, and it was raining then. So it's the same wedding. The writers are just lazy. Getting Victoria back on the show is a huge mistake. It also doesn't makes sense that Ted would suddenly run away with her, since he got left at the altar himself.
Worst finale yet. I hope next season will be the last one.
