@colorblind90 So true
@Dungus What you just wrote here, because of your avatar in my head it sounded exactly like Ron Swanson
Bert, you're overestimating the writers on this one. No way in hell they are mindfucking us with different weddings. They are just doing whatever they want, this last episode proved that. They're scraping together whatever audience they have left and making sure they watch the seasons to come. This show has lost all of its initial concept because of its popularity, and I can't believe people are accepting this ridiculous bullshit screenplay.
A sitcom like this can't carry this much drama. Neither the characters or the storyline are fit for it. We KNOW Ted and Victoria won't end up together. Nobody wants to see heartbroken/heartbreaker Ted again, nobody wants to see Barney cry over love, we want awesome Barney.
But the jokes are still funny, there's just way less of them. All replaced with drama that's going nowhere. If you can't write comedy storylines, how is this still situation comedy?
@Bonermaster
@XIahouDun
Is is though? Notice that in the flashforward at the end of episode 23 it's a sunny day with a lot of people outside the church and in the flashforward at the end of episode 24 it's raining a lot and nobody's outside...
So is it the same wedding? And are you sure it is Robin who is getting married to Barney?
Yeah, I absolutely did not see that ending coming...........
Wow what a unexpected turn! *cough cough*
