Reese and Carter are both racing against the clock. While Reese tries to help a doctor get revenge on the man who gave him a slow-acting incurable poison, Carter must take a stand when IAB goes after Fusco for the murder of his partner, Stills.

Don't get me wrong - this was a great episode, but I wish the "endgame" would've started with this episode already.

Can't wait for the 2 episodes left.

the character acting has been absolutely splendid this year. they brought in that hispanic fellow who i remember from law and order and other shows like it who always plays the italian/mexican/cuban lawyer and or police officer, and he played the Internal Affairs officer investigating Fusco and it's really unfortunate that he's been typecast because he's a really good actor.
