Alicia and Will each represent one-half of a couple accused of smuggling drugs, but the courtroom becomes mired in confusion and legal technicalities when they insist on separate jury pools. Meanwhile, Cary attempts to woo a Lockhart/Gardner client, Kalinda tries to repair a damaged relationship and Marilyn begins her investigation into possible voter fraud during the gubernatorial election.

I hate Will :( And I hate that they are enemies now, especially since Will has no right to be this mad. At least Diane is still as great as ever and doesn't hold unneccesary grudges, even though she's been hurt just as much.
@Lenon Exactly: it was pure genious putting them against each other at first, and I liked the beginning of this episode too (the juries going in and out a million times were just hilarious!), but...how many episodes can they make with just F&A and L&G on the edge of war? I'd like to see things changing a bit. Plus, everyone now is expecting -sooner or later- a reconnection between Alicia and Will!
@Clef I was actually thinking the same while I was watching. It was good in the beginning, but will they be against each other in all the cases? they can do better than that.
Considering all, it was a nice episode, but it didn't completely satisfy me: Will's and Alicia's constant opposition has been explored now for quite a number of times, and it should evolve at least a little bit, I think...but Will is stuck again in just hating his former lover. I don't know, it doesn't totally convince me...
