Sheriff Jody befriends a young girl on the run from vampires. When she's forced to kill one of the monsters, Jody calls in Sam and Dean for help. However, they discover that everything isn't at it seems when the girl wants to go back to the vampires.

@Sandrosaurus Hmmm I'm usually a big fan of the classic MotW style episodes, but this time it was nothing new, really. Again, it wasn't bad at all! but nothing special. I just have a soft spot for Metatron, but that wasn't all that interesting either come to think of it. But at least it was a bit more original.
@Artifex MotW = monster of the week, MoC = Mark of Cain ;) I found this better that the metatron nothingness
@Sandrosaurus what does MotW mean? :P And MoC? It was an ok episode. I like Mills, but it was nothing special really. I'm the first to say an episode's score is way too low, but this time it's quite fitting. It was OK. Between Worth Watching/Pretty Cool.
If humans are killing vampires because vampires are killing humans wouldn't it make sense that vampires be killing humans because humans are killing vampires?
But wait a second, you say. If vampires weren't killing humans than humans wouldn't be killing vampires yet if humans weren't killing vampires vampires would still be killing humans.
Of course but humans are also killing humans and in a much more efficient way than vampires kill humans so killing humans who kill humans would be much more efficient than killing vampires who kill humans.

Why the low score...for a MotW episode, this one was pretty solid. You have your MoC reference, Dean telling Sam he wouldn't doing the same thing for him (if I heard correctly), you have sherriff Mills, a decent enough stockholm syndrome story and possibly a new recurring female character.
