One of the only surviving sideshows in the country struggles to stay in business during the dawning era of television. Suprisingly boring
I was very excited for this season because of the setting, but this pilot was somewhat of a letdown. I'm still really bitter about the sad fact that my favorite cast members (Lily Rabe and Taissa Farmiga) are missing this season. I won't complain further since this could easily pick up to excellency even without them.
Did anyone understand the part where Jessica Lange was dressed as a Mime-player or clown idk & when she was watching herself sing Life on Mars? Because I didn't get it.
@Sandrosaurus AGREED I'm not sure if I liked this ep better than Coven's first but I think it'll turn out better than those two as well! And yes Asylum was AHS at its very best.
Felt a bit like a David Lynch show/movie...felt better than Coven and Murder House but Asylum will forever be the best!
No fue la octava maravilla del mundo, pero me gusto, tiene potencial, espero no la arruinen y no se convierta en algo como Coven. Si siguen añadiendo momentos con el payaso, o con personajes parecidos, estoy seguro de que esta si dará miedo.
Life On Mars, seriously? I kind of liked the episode, but it felt over-long, slightly boring and I feel like I'm slowly getting tired of seeing these actors playing different characters, even though that shows how talented they are. Also, given the amount of characters (and they still need to introduce a lot of them), this could easily turn into a big mess again... Love the clown though, looks great!
