Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace turn up the heat for the quarter-final stage of the cookery competition.
First up is the invention test in which the competitors must create a dish from a selection of ten ingredients, including poussin, squid, mango and chocolate.
After this, two of the six chefs are dismissed, with the survivors going straight on to cook a two-course menu for three seasoned restaurant critics. Only three chefs will progress to the knockout round.
