Ben tries to plan his 1st "spontaneous" kiss with Amy which involves help from friends and even a giant stuffed bear. Meanwhile, Ricky leads Adrian to feel that he's only using her for sex. Also, Amy's symptoms continue to increase but it's not her parents who are the first to uncover the not-so hidden secret of what's going on with her.
