After several African-American men are killed and the color is drained from their skin, Mulder learns about the Teliko, an African folktale about a creature who must suck the pigmentation from a persons body in order to survive.

A silly episode that is nonetheless visually effective.
The timeline for his condition doesn't make any sense.. SHOW SPOILER Only needed 1 guy per month then when they started investigating all of the sudden he needed to do it almost daily to survive? also how did this work when he was a baby? lol, the whole idea was just too stupid..
