Bad. Arguably not even a complete episode, it's merely prologue for the movie.
While I've loved a lot of these 5 seasons I'm content to stop watching after the movie, because the mythology has gotten super stale. Maybe I'll check out acclaimed MOTW episodes from later seasons when the mood strikes.

The plot moves forward at a very fast pace and signals a turning point for "The X-Files."
Season 5 is a very good sequel to the (now second best season) 3. I loved these 20 episodes...I only gave one 3 (episode 9 or 10) to an episode all the rest was okay to awesome :). Now I'm preparing myself to the downfall of this series although I heard good things about S6.
