I hope the kid dies..

Very poor "finale" , a joke to be honest. I hope S04 will be more complexed. This show deserves a better script.

I have to say, season three was pretty damn awful. Now that I've seen the horribly weak finale, which frankly doesn't even deserve to be called a 'finale', I was left with one big question;

Seriously?

That took them sixteen episodes of over forty minutes? To tell a story that basic? Really, I don't even care about the characters any more. Glen, Andrea, Maggie, any one, seriously, they die, new people show up, whatever. After Kirkman left the show, they never managed to make the viewer identify with the characters any more. It's a shame. Any way, there's still the comic books. They're much better really. I have no idea why I still watched this.

Everyone on this show is a complete moron.

just started season 3 and I have to say: One of my favourite shows. I don't understand all the complaints, I love every minute of this show, and that's saying something, since I usually dislike soaps (and this essentially is a soap in a post apocalyptic world).

I'd like to address a few complaints quickly here:
First: Bad acting - There are just a few bad actors, yes, namely Karl, but it's doesn't ruin the episode for me, not at all. Also, he's not -that- bad. And besides Karl, I can't think of any bad actors.
Second: Stupid decisions/people - I think this is one of the most realistic portrayals of human stupidity I have ever seen, and if you would complain about the stupidity of these people, I would tell you to look around a bit more. We humans ARE illogical beings, still mostly led by emotions, especially in quick and hectic situations. That's clearly visible in this show when you can see the expertise Rick's group has gained in season 3: Logical, calm decisions, because it's no longer a quick, hectic situation, but a daily undertaking. Great writing.
Third: Some people complain about the special effects, which is just idiotic. The special effects are great, you have to realize: These are walking corpses. Wounds look very different on dead tissue than on living. Great special effects if you ask me!

Some disclaimers: Haven't read the comic, no. Have played the game, though. I watch the show in HD, so I can see the special effects fully. I love zombies, so that helps a lot probably (I mean: I could imagine someone who doesn't like zombies also doesn't like this show, but if you do like zombies, you've got to like this show as well).

Last week's episode 3x14 was bullshit.
They expect me to believe that after the Governor was backed into a corner, out of ammo, and up against 15-20 walkers with only the handle of his gun as a weapon to bash their heads with, and he comes out alive with them swarming him, and he doesn't get bitten or scratched or anything?

Riiiiiiiiiight. I call bullcrap.
That was just humanly impossible.

comics are way better than this show.

They are using material barely enough for 1 episodes and stretches it to fit in 3. Its so slow and you see most of the stuff coming from a mile away.

Season 3 just keeps getting better and better! Such a vast improvement from Season 2.

Best comeback in the history of series imho

"behave in the stupidest of fashions" sounds pretty realistic to me.
